Job summary

Y100 in Green Bay, WI is seeking a full-time on-air personality who can bring energy, humor, and community connections to Northeast Wisconsin. You’ll host compelling live shows, engage listeners, and contribute to growing the station’s brand across radio and social media.

Ideal candidates have strong storytelling, a dynamic on-air presence, and the ability to relate hobbies and local culture to the show. This is a cornerstone role within Midwest Communications, Inc.’s WNCY cluster and events

Qualifications

• A strong on-air presence with witty storytelling and connection to listeners.
• Ability to create compelling content for radio and social media.
• Experience in radio, social media or content creation is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license and pass background checks.

What We Ask From You:

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Previous experience in the radio/social media/content creation field is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Most importantly: Have a strong on-air presence, quick wit, compelling storytelling, and the ability to connect with listeners through your voice and personality.
