Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs experience in an On-air broadcast environment.
• Strong knowledge of television production, broadcast operations, and technical requirements.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Able to troubleshoot in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift of on-air cable operations for Versant networks and streaming events.
• Monitor and maintain satellite, fiber, terrestrial distribution, and cloud-based streams.
• Ensure high on-air reliability and 99.999% availability across channels.
• Manage daily maintenance events in the NOC.
• Coordinate live event scheduling and supervise technical operators.
• Lead triage and documentation for on-air issues.
• Serve as point of contact to brand leaders for schedules and execution.
• Develop scheduling plans and transmission information for live events.
• Assist with operational improvements projects.
• Maintain exceptional on-air reliability and customer service.
