Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to support the Go-To-Market team in planning and executing omnichannel retail marketing initiatives for national partners such as Walmart, Target, ULTA, CVS, Walgreens and Sally Beauty.

The role bridges LD and sales, driving lash category growth and ensuring the Kiss brand remains dominant across channels. You will collaborate with product, marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns, coupons, and retailer activations

• Experience: Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Responsibilities

• Trade Strategy & Execution - plan and execute online and offline retail marketing plans for key accounts to ensure launches and assortments receive support
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - develop cross functional relationships and provide Sales Team support for retailer specific requests and campaigns
• Education & Meeting Prep - create and format PowerPoint presentations for internal sharing and retailer meetings and expand knowledge on industry trends
