Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join the Go-To-Market team in the Lash & Lifestyle division.

You will assist in planning and executing omnichannel retail marketing initiatives for national partners like Walmart, Target, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, and Sally Beauty to drive lash category growth. The role bridges LD and sales, ensuring brand priorities are executed at retailer level and supported by cross-functional teams, with opportunities to lead campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree required.
• 2-4 years related marketing experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline retail marketing plans for key accounts to support lash launches and assortments.
• Partner with product, marketing and creative teams, retailer media agencies, 3P agencies and influencers to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Create digital and print coupons for loyalty campaigns and promotions.
• Develop a social calendar to support major retailers and assist with in-store content creation.
• Support retailer trainings and in-store education events and develop 360 campaigns for new launches or lash initiatives.

Job Description Summary:As a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, you will work as part of the Go-To-Market team under the Lash & Lifestyle division. The role will entail supporting the GTM Senior Manager with the planning and execution of omnichannel retail marketing strategic initiatives, analysis of outcomes, and the implementation and management of on and offline activations for national key retail partners such as Walmart, Target, ULTA, CVS, Walgreens and Sally Beauty. The role is intended to bridge the gap between LD and sales, ensuring that the priorities and objectives of LD are brought to retailer level and executed seamlessly, ultimately driving the growth of lash category and maintaining KISS as dominant brand.Job Description:Responsibilities:Trade Strategy & Execution - 40%Work alongside Trade Marketing Senior Manager to plan and execute all online and offline retail marketing plans for key accounts to ensure lash new launches and assortments receive the proper support.Partner with internal product, marketing & creative teams, retailer media agencies, 3P agencies and influencers, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.Create digital coupons to amplify loyalty targeted and lapsed user media campaigns at Drug. Create print coupons that can be used in beauty box, in-store events or on displays.Work alongside Trade Marketing Senior Manager to develop a social calendar to support major retailers.
