Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You’ll guide customers with personalized styling, keep the store visually appealing, and collaborate with teammates to create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll use product knowledge and technology to deliver seamless omnichannel service while upholding standards and supporting store leadership in meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
