Job summary

The Bluebird Group, a retail and ecommerce partner, seeks a Retail Account Manager to manage a Costco supplier portfolio, driving operational execution, forecasting accuracy, inventory control, and overall business performance.

You will serve as the bridge between clients, Costco, and internal teams, maintaining account health, identifying opportunities, and solving operational challenges through solid planning, reporting, and execution.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actions.
Experience in retail operations, forecasting, analytics, or related fields preferred.
Experience working with Costco on retailer or supplier side is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, Costco teams, and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain vendor relationships and support ongoing business initiatives.
Develop demand forecasts and manage inventory flow to optimize performance.
Provide weekly sell-through reporting and actionable recommendations to clients.
Coordinate item setup, launches, and program documentation across Costco programs.
Monitor orders, shipping, invoicing, and operational records to ensure smooth execution.
