Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, is seeking an Omnichannel Media Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will lead the training, development, and performance of Media Buyers and Analysts, focusing on television direct response and omnichannel streaming campaigns to improve CPL and lead quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience using omnichannel streaming campaigns to drive lead conversion.
• Experience in a manager level role overseeing a team's performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage training and development of Media Buyers who will be primarily focused on television direct response and omnichannel streaming advertising.
• Develop improvements to the optimization strategy using an omnichannel approach that drives improvement to CPLI and COM.
• Ensure that your team is continually working to improve results in each market by testing and measuring new strategies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Media to develop strategies for national media buying, streaming, and other larger-scale media initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Planning and Analytics team for budget and target planning to ensure budgets are accurately aligned to meet marketing department goals.
