TVH Americas in Olathe, Kansas seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Team Lead and work with sales, product development, and external vendors to coordinate campaigns across channels.

The role emphasizes creating marketing materials, aligning regional strategies, and managing events and promotional activities. Candidates typically have 0-2 years in marketing and are proficient with MS Office and Google suite; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or coursework considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Google Mail, Calendar, Drive & Sheets.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of marketing workflows.
• Ability to work with guidance and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow across marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and design marketing materials (publications, press releases, blogs, website content, newsletters, print literature, video scripts, email campaigns).
• Coordinate with Americas Marketing Lead to align regional strategies and goals.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with local business needs and omnichannel execution.
• Partner with Product Development and Marketing Research to produce materials for products.
• Oversee promotional item program, supplier relationships, budgets, and inventory tracking.
• Support planning and execution of customer and supplier visits and branded touchpoints.
