Job summary

You will work with the Marketing Team Lead and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with regional Americas strategies and ensure consistency with local business needs. The role emphasizes omnichannel initiatives, supplier interactions for promotional items, and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials (publications, press releases, blogs, websites, newsletters, print literature, video scripts, emails).
• Coordinate omnichannel marketing initiatives and align content with regional strategies for the Americas.
• Support development and production of product marketing materials with Product Development and Marketing Research.
• Manage promotional item program, supplier relationships, budgeting and inventory, and evaluate new opportunities.
• Assist planning and execution of customer and supplier visits with aligned branding touchpoints.
• Support campaign reporting by tracking metrics and preparing post-campaign summaries.
