CMI Media Group is seeking a strategic Supervisor, Engagement Planning to lead an Engagement Planning team in delivering omnichannel healthcare campaigns. You will translate client objectives into integrated media plans, mentor planners, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, client partnership, and exploration of new media technologies to deliver results for healthcare brands. Base salary ranges widely to reflect experience and scope.

Formación

• 5–6 years of experience in media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels.
• Proven ability to translate objectives into measurable media plans.
• Experience leading and developing planning teams.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Interest in exploring new channels and data-driven approaches in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Architect omnichannel strategies translating objectives into end-to-end campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Planners.
• Partner to test, scale, and pioneer emerging media technologies.
• Provide proactive guidance and data-driven insights to clients.
• Collaborate with BI, Market Research, and Creative teams on integrated solutions.
