Sun-Maid is seeking a Customer Marketing & Omnichannel Manager who will translate brand priorities and customer strategies into customer‑specific marketing and omnichannel plans. You will lead shopper marketing, retail media, and e‑commerce programs, bridging brand strategy with retailer objectives.

The role requires collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, broker teams, Insights, Finance, and external agencies to drive growth and optimize performance across Mass, Grocery, Club, and E‑Commerce

Qualifications

Strong foundation in CPG customer or shopper marketing.
Experience in e‑commerce, Amazon, retail media, and digital shelf.
Cross‑functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Finance.

Responsabilités

Lead customer‑specific shopper marketing, retail media, and e‑commerce programs.
Translate brand and customer strategies into activation plans across in‑store and digital touchpoints.
Develop annual activation plans with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
Use insights to identify growth opportunities and inform activation strategies.
Manage budgets, timelines, and external agency partners.
Expand e‑commerce strategy across Amazon and other retailer platforms.
