Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand management with strong product marketing and P&L management background within CPG food business.
• Brand strategy and disciplined execution; translate strategies into prioritized initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for trial, repeat, and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Brand and Portfolio Management: develop annual brand plans with volume, revenue, and margin guidance.
• Lead cross-functional renovation and lean initiative projects from concept to launch.
• Track portfolio goals, timelines, and deliverables; manage pricing, trade investments, and A&M spend.
• Support product and packaging improvements; manage licensing and packaging approvals.
• Innovation & Commercialization: coordinate Stage-Gate materials and track launches.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: analyze brand performance and manage KPI dashboards.
• Customer & Shopper Marketing: align with Sales on go-to-market, promotions, and displays.
• Integrated Marketing: translate insights into actionable, ROI-driven activations.
