Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is hiring a Texas-licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our CARE-driven team. You will process prescriptions, operate automation, and support our daily workflow in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

The role requires overnight shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, experience with OnDemand Express III or similar robotic systems, and strong organizational skills. Long Term Care pharmacy experience is a plus, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas Pharmacy Technician required.
• Experience with robotic systems and automated environments preferred.
• Experience with OnDemand Express III or similar automation preferred.
• Long Term Care pharmacy experience a plus.
• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions using OnDemand Express III machine.
• Operate and maintain OnDemand Express III machine.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
• Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
