Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Omni Project Manager to support daily operations of promotions, tracker maintenance, and tentpole project execution. You will build structure, communicate across departments, and improve efficiency to empower teams.

The role interfaces with Compliance, Web, and partners to keep initiatives on track, manage timelines, and deliverables, with occasional travel to South Florida HQ and adherence to Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Project management knowledge across Agile/waterfall/hybrid.
• Proven ability to organize multiple moving parts.
• Familiarity with common PM tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/promote the Omni source of truth for promotions, trackers, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Web, and partner teams to reduce execution risk.
• Track multi-step processes from tournaments to promotions and drops.
• Support postmortems and documentation of projects.
