Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, Merchandise Planning, E-commerce Planning, or related retail function.
• Data-driven, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
• Omnichannel, e-commerce, store fulfillment, or retail inventory experience preferred.
• Proficient in retail math including open-to-buy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory planning for Omni services to drive sales and improve inventory productivity.
• Review open-to-buy plans and historical Omni performance to build store-level forecasts.
• Analyze Omni sales, inventory availability, and fulfillment trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support BOSFS/BOPIS inventory strategies to maximize sales and reduce backorder risk.
• Partner with Store Ops to monitor fulfillment performance and improve on-time service.
• Share data-driven insights to inform planning decisions and cross-functional discussions.
