Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking team members for warehouse duties including order picking and material handling. You will operate an RF scanner, pull merchandise from shelves, and move items to staging areas to prepare for customer pickup or shipping.

The role emphasizes fast, courteous service, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork to meet productivity goals. Availability from 6am to 4pm on any day is required; prior wholesale retail or order-pulling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 6am–4pm any day of the week.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and accurately.
• Pull orders from the sales floor using handheld RF scanner.
• Move merchandise to staging area and ensure proper location updates.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety SOPs.
• Assist with replenishment and returns as needed.
