Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Sand Springs, OK is seeking team-oriented store associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand needs, and help with product selection while processing shipments and maintaining merchandising standards.

Role involves omni-channel fulfillment tasks such as Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside pickup, plus adherence to safety and loss-prevention procedures. Training available and teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Ensure merchandise and product received at the store is processed per established programs and procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and execute operational processes efficiently.
• Assist in omni fulfillment processes including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside pickup.
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures and daily inventories; maintain safety and confidentiality.
