Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and its Pottery Barn brand are seeking an Assistant Manager, Omni Operations to drive incremental sales through in-store order fulfillment across all channels.

You will supervise staff, ensure optimal coverage, and role model guest relations while maintaining stockroom efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills; prior omni-channel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales in a fast-paced store setting.
• Proven ability to manage order fulfillment across multiple channels.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Experience with stockroom processes and shrink reduction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services (order pick up, outgoing shipment, Unpaid hold management, Home Delivery, Installation).
• Identify, execute and maintain shipping in and shipping out lanes in the stock room with supporting fixtures.
• Ensure effective stockroom organization to maximize efficiency, safety and productivity.
• Perform audits and reconciliations to eliminate shrink and improve accuracy.
• Uphold safety practices and conduct regular safety meetings for associates.
