Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, the parent of Neiman Marcus, seeks a Selling Advisor in New York to cultivate client relationships with elevated service, both in-store and digitally. You will use technology to outreach, advise on fashion trends, and drive personal sales as you engage clients across the omnichannel experience.

You will report to the Sales Manager and contribute to a high-energy team environment while delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
