University of New England in Portland, ME seeks an OMM Clinical Coordinator to coordinate administrative support for clinical operations and academic programming in the OMM Student Patient Clinic. The role interfaces with the OMM Department Chair and multiple departments to schedule patient and student rotations and ensure efficient clinic activity.
The position requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office;
The OMM Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administrative support functions for the clinical operations and academic programming of the OMM Student Patient Clinic. The coordinator collaborates with the OMM Department Chair and colleagues across the OMM, Anatomy, Academic Affairs, and Clinical Education departments to coordinate patient, pre-doctoral fellow, and second- and fourth-year student rotation scheduling and ensure the efficient operation of clinic and academic activities.
