Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's with 8+ years industry experience, Master's with 6+ years industry experience, or PhD with 4+ years industry experience in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Comfortable in a lab environment.
• Experience working with DNA and RNA.
• Experience performing PCR reactions using automation (TECAN, Hamilton).
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and programming liquid handlers (TECAN, Hamilton).
• Wet chemistry laboratory skills (pipetting, buffer preparation, filtration, dilution, stoichiometry).
• Proficiency with technical writing and laboratory records (notebooks, chemical inventory, data management).
• Excellent collaborative and team-working skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities, data interpretation and presentation competence.
