Job summary

The Children's Guild is hiring a Therapist/Clinician for our Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) across Maryland and Washington, D.C. This entry-to-mid level clinical role focuses on serving children, adolescents, and families with diverse mental health needs in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will conduct individual, family, and group therapies, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology required or related field.
• Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C. (LMSW, LGPC) or equivalent; applicants awaiting licensure encouraged to apply.
• Genuine passion for working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Basic knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
