Job description

OMHC Clinical Director/ 2 Mental Health Therapists

Little Love Notes, LLC (LLN) is a certified Mental Health agency established in March 2021, providing outpatient mental health and community support services in Maryland. We serve children, adolescents, and adults with programs including Psychiatry, Counseling, Substance Use, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation.

Position: Clinical Director

The Clinical Director oversees clinical and case management services, ensuring delivery aligns with evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, maintaining clinical standards, ensuring compliance, and managing a caseload of at least 10 clients.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all clinical and case management services, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
  2. Supervise clinical staff, facilitate meetings, and ensure ongoing training and professional development.
  3. Maintain clinical skills, licensure, and certification; ensure quality documentation and treatment planning.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency crisis management.
  5. Develop and revise treatment plans; refer clients to community resources as needed.
  6. Conduct intake assessments and provide group therapy using company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Licensed to practice therapy independently (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC) in Maryland.
  • Board-approved supervisor preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to complete background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, vehicle registration, and driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $80,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), health, life, and vision insurance, and referral programs.
