Job summary

3GIMBALS is seeking a curious, resourceful analyst and researcher to join the OMEN team. The role focuses on exploring complex questions, gathering data from PAIs, CAIs, OSINT, and SOCMINT, and integrating findings in OMEN for insights.

Responsibilities include researching across diverse sources, identifying relationships and patterns, and contributing to analytic products and customer deliverables. Willingness to travel for meetings and demonstrations is possible depending on mission needs.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant research, analytic, intelligence, investigative, or related experience.
• Ability to evaluate sources and develop well-supported findings.
• Willingness to pursue new leads and unfamiliar subjects, tools, and data sources.
• Ability to learn new research methodologies, analytic tools, datasets, and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research complex mission questions using PAI, CAI, OSINT, SOCMINT and other sources.
• Bring data into OMEN to identify entities, relationships, patterns across sources.
• Assess reliability, relevance, context, and significance of information.
• Contribute findings, analysis, and research to analytic products and customer deliverables.
• Explore areas such as social media, geospatial analysis, media verification and forensics.
• Partner with analysts and developers to improve data sources and workflows.
• Communicate and document findings to support customer discussions.
