OMEGA Luxury Timepieces in Houston is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive luxury retail sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering refined customer service, leading the store team, and maintaining the brand’s standards in a high-end environment.
You will manage selling efforts, supervise staff, and optimize inventory controls while building revenue and ensuring an exceptional client experience consistent with OMEGA's premium image.

The Ideal candidate must be experienced in luxury retail sales and operations management with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clientele skills. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. The Luxury Assistant Manager leads retail operations, helps manage selling and supervises staff. He/she must possess the ability to build revenue and operational excellence.
