Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Redmond is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Redmond Urgent Care. You will greet patients, manage check-in, coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers, and support front desk operations using Epic EMR.

The role is part-time at 32 hours/week, Wed-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm, with pay range $24.49–$36.74 per hour. Benefit offerings include affordable premiums, tuition assistance, retirement matching, and transit access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Previous physician office, hospital or frontline customer contact experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient keyboard skills.

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics has a part-time-time opportunity for a Patient Services Representative to join our Redmond Urgent Care in Redmond!

In this role, you will provide customer and front office services to patients. You will coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about patient check-in process.You will also collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via the electronic medical record system (Epic) and perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff.

.8 FTE / Part-time / 32 hours a week

Wednesday- Saturday

3pm- 11:30pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Previous physician office, hospital or other frontline customer contact experience in a business setting also preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated proficient computer keyboard skills.
