Job summary

CQuence Health Group is seeking a visionary VP of Data Strategy and Technology to lead enterprise IT, data governance, AI initiatives, and digital transformation across its portfolio. You will partner with the CEO and executives to align technology with business strategy, manage risk, and drive innovation in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include developing a long-term technology roadmap, overseeing infrastructure and cybersecurity, and mentoring a high-performing IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• MBA or MS in related fields strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information and technology systems for CQuence Health Group.
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI/ML initiatives in production contexts, including Generative AI strategy and responsible AI frameworks.
• Own and direct cybersecurity strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across technology operations.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
