The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a Manager to lead the strategic preparation and execution of sport and logistical operations for the Youth Summer Olympic Games, while supporting initiatives for the Summer Olympic Games.

You will coordinate with NGBs, USOPC staff, and external partners to oversee sport entries, site visits, and communications, ensuring operational readiness of Team USA delegations through detailed planning and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sport operations, events operations, logistics management, or international Games planning.
  • Experience managing data systems and timelines in high-pressure environments strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience or team leadership strongly preferred.
  • Sport experience preferred (i.e., active in competitive/intramural sports).
  • Ability to lead complex planning projects with overlapping deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the planning and execution of the sport and logistical operations for the Youth Summer Olympic Games.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sport and logistical operations for the Summer Olympic Games with a focus on supporting NGBs and assisting USOPC staff.
  • Assist with site visits and coordinate with internal partners to determine objectives, timeframes, and budgets.
