Job Overview:

The Director of Actuarial and Insurance & Asset Management (I&AM) Talent Management leads global talent strategies, partnering with business leaders across different talent models. This role focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing staff, ensuring a best-in-class talent experience and fostering organizational culture aligned with our mission and values. The position reports to the OWA and Insurance & Asset Management Leader and the OWG CPO.

This role requires an experienced leader with a track record in global, matrixed organizations, preferably in professional services, with strong strategic, advisory, and change management skills. It is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in an OW office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders on talent strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional HR resources to implement talent initiatives.
  • Develop and execute global talent attraction, retention, and motivation strategies.
  • Oversee staffing and utilization of Actuarial, IAM, and ICG colleagues.
  • Advise leadership on human capital solutions and talent programs.
  • Build talent capability, support talent planning, and provide talent analytics.
  • Lead performance management, feedback, and compensation activities.
  • Drive recruitment strategies in partnership with the recruiting team.
  • Manage complex employee relations and risk assessments, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate across HR functions to deliver excellent employee services.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Experience Required:

  • 15+ years in talent management or HR leadership, ideally in professional services.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and managing difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
