Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is looking for a lab technician in Cambridge, MA, to support oligonucleotide synthesis and analytical testing. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on lab support in oligonucleotide-based drug substance production, including synthesis and downstream processing, along with in-process analytical testing such as HPLC and LCMS. A BS in Chemistry and 3+ years of lab experience are required, with a strong focus on communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry with 3+ years lab experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Basic understanding of analytical techniques such as pH and HPLC.
• Experience in record-keeping and excellent laboratory documentation practice.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on lab support and process development for oligonucleotide-based drug substance.
• Synthesis of oligonucleotides up to 11 mmol scale.
• Perform in-process analytical testing including AX-HPLC and LCMS.
