Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services, in Lancaster, PA, seeks an Oligonucleotide Scientist to develop, validate, and execute analytical methods for oligonucleotide API testing, with a primary focus on HPLC/UHPLC and LC‑MS workflows in a GMP environment.

The role requires authoring methods, protocols and reports, ensuring data integrity, mentoring junior staff, and managing client projects while maintaining regulatory compliance. Full-time, on-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience with oligonucleotides in a GMP environment.
• Strong chromatography and MS knowledge; method development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and execute analytical methods for oligonucleotide testing.
• Perform HPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV/Vis, and dissolution analyses.
• Read and interpret procedures; conduct analytical investigations.
• Train and mentor junior staff; manage projects with clients.
• Ensure GMP compliance and data integrity in all activities.
