Job summary

Qualifications

• Olfactive expertise or training required for fragrance evaluation and development.
• Experience in the flavors/fragrances industry is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically (and potentially internationally).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Beauty R&D teams to design and integrate perfumes into brand experiences.
• Provide fragrance evaluation guidance to perfumers for new products.
• Collaborate with R&D to deliver Irresistibly Superior fragrance experiences.
• Lead fragrance projects from concept through execution with internal and external resources.
• Develop fragrance screening methods and consumer research to guide design.
• Ensure technical readiness of new perfumes for market launch with cross-functional teams.
