Job summary

Cosmo International Fragrances in Florida is seeking a Senior Fragrance Evaluator to lead the evaluation, selection, and development of innovative fragrances across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Hair Care, Home Care, and Wellness. You will work with Perfumers, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Technical Services, and Application teams to align with customer objectives and market trends.

This role requires strong olfactive expertise and outstanding project management skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive olfactory evaluation experience across multiple fragrance categories.
• Proven ability to manage fragrance projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience presenting fragrance concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior evaluators and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead fragrance evaluation and development activities for customer projects across multiple product categories.
• Evaluate submissions and provide olfactive direction to Perfumers.
• Develop fragrance strategies aligned with briefs, brand positioning, trends, and consumer insights.
• Present fragrance recommendations, stories, and concepts to customers.
• Manage multiple customer briefs with timely project execution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Perfumery, Regulatory, Technical Services, and Application teams.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for innovation in the fragrance space.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings, market visits, and trade shows as needed.
• Support business development by identifying fragrance opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior evaluators to grow the Evaluation team.
