Job summary

Facilities Management Systems (FMS), a company of The Nutrition Group, has an open position for a Custodian at a local K-12 School District. This is a Monday through Friday role from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM during the school year.

Summer hours run 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Duties include cleaning hallways, classrooms, cafeterias, offices, gym and restrooms, trash removal, and adherence to chemical handling procedures. Candidates should have good attendance and be able to work alone or in teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage.
• Good attendance and able to work alone and in a group.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Must obtain clearances, drug test, TB test and physical and pass criminal background checks.
