Job summary

Facilities Management Systems, a company of The Nutrition Group, is seeking a Custodian for a local K-12 School District. The shift starts at 11:00 PM and runs into the night, providing essential cleaning and maintenance services.

The successful candidate will perform daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms, handle trash, and follow proper chemical handling procedures while working independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage.
• Good attendance and able to work alone and in a group.
• Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
