- Own the model development, tuning, and performance projection for display characteristics, encompassing metrics such as transmission, reflection, and directional emission.- Develop computational models to project optical behavior in complex physical systems, applying your expertise and intuition to make appropriate approximations that strike a balance between accuracy and computational efficiency.- Deeply engage with display and sensor teams to understand specifications and primary performance risks.- Collaborate with external vendors to reach performance targets and develop simulation models.- Effectively communicate your findings in working-level and leadership meetings. Generate focused and concise material to educate, inform and persuade collaborators across the organization.- Drive innovations by proposing new designs or processes that enable the long-term Apple Display roadmap.
