JASA seeks a Program Coordinator for the Holliswood Older Adult Center in Queens. You will coordinate daily activities, engage participants, and support center operations to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for older adults.

You will plan and implement diverse programs, maintain records, and assist with events while collaborating with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance participant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Requires at least a high school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years in program coordination, activity planning, or related nonprofit experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or community programs is a plus.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement recreational, educational, cultural, and social activities for older adult participants.
• Develop programs that promote social interaction, wellness, creativity, and lifelong learning.
• Assist with organizing special events, celebrations, and community activities.
