Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced OKTA IGA Support Engineer to provide L4/L3 managed services for the enterprise OKTA IGA platform. You will manage JML, provisioning, and access governance while ensuring security and compliance.

Collaboration with security, HR, and IT teams is essential. The role involves incident management, RCA documentation, and platform maintenance, with options for remote or hybrid work depending on client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
OKTA Certified Professional / Administrator preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise IAM/IGA environments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.

Responsibilities

Identity Lifecycle Management: manage JML, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and onboarding/offboarding.
Incident & Problem Management: provide L4/L3 support, handle incidents, changes, and root cause analysis.
Access Governance & Compliance: support access certification campaigns and audit remediation.
Platform Administration & Maintenance: maintain apps, policies, workflows, and integrations; perform health checks and reporting.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: coordinate with OKTA and other vendors; produce SOPs and knowledge articles.
