Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Identity Solutions Manager to lead IAM initiatives across UFC, WWE, IMG, PBR, and other brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta Identity Governance
• 7+ years in a business-facing technology role with stakeholder-facing responsibilities
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts including SSO, provisioning, user access reviews, and access governance
• Strong organizational skills with backlog management and cross-functional delivery in a complex organization
• Experience supporting IAM programs with alignment to SOX, PCI DSS, or NIST

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-facing liaison for Identity Engineering and translate requirements into actionable identity system specifications
• Educate business teams on Okta-based IAM capabilities and drive adoption of SSO, provisioning, and access governance features
• Own business-facing roadmap communication and ensure stakeholders understand upcoming changes and benefits
• Be the voice of the business inside Identity Engineering, advocating for requirements and aligning engineering effort with business value
• Manage governance intake requests and prioritize the program backlog
• Coordinate and drive SOX Application Lifecycle Governance program onboarding and reviews
• Deliver governance initiatives on time and in scope
• Provide risk mitigation and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop and deliver executive updates and governance metrics as part of reporting
