Job summary

The Identity Solutions Manager at TKO leads IAM initiatives across UFC, WWE, IMG, PBR, OLE, and related brands. You will translate complex IAM concepts for business stakeholders and drive adoption of SSO, automated provisioning, and access governance across the portfolio.

You will coordinate roadmap governance with Identity Engineering, Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business partners, balancing priorities and ensuring on-time delivery of high-value initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-facing liaison for Identity Engineering, conducting discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate them into actionable identity system specifications
• Act as an internal evangelist for TKO's Okta-based IAM capabilities, educating business teams across the portfolio on what's possible and driving adoption of SSO, automated provisioning, and access governance features
• Own business-facing roadmap communication, ensuring stakeholders understand what's coming, why it matters, and how it benefits them
• Be the voice of the business inside Identity Engineering, advocating for requirements, influencing prioritization, and ensuring engineering effort stays aligned to business value
• Manage governance intake requests, maintain and prioritize the program backlog, and ensure Identity Engineering is consistently focused on the highest-value initiatives
• Coordinate and drive execution of the SOX Application Lifecycle Governance Program, including application onboarding, ownership validation, access request processes, and user access reviews
