Job summary

TKO Group Holdings seeks an Identity Solutions Manager to lead IAM strategy across UFC, WWE, and related brands. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, evangelize Okta capabilities, and drive adoption of SSO, provisioning, and access governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in a related field.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta Identity Governance.
7+ years in a business‑facing technology role with stakeholder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business‑facing liaison for Identity Engineering and Okta IAM capabilities.
Own roadmap communication and drive adoption of SSO, provisioning, and access governance features.
Manage governance intake requests, backlog prioritization, and SOX lifecycle governance program.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive communications; ensure timely, aligned delivery.
