Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Okta administrator to join our identity team in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on deploying and administering enterprise identity solutions using Okta, including Privileged Access (OPA) and PAM controls, with strong emphasis on secure SSO and MFA. You will integrate Okta with both on-prem and cloud applications, manage user lifecycles, and troubleshoot complex authentication flows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise Okta administration and identity engineering.
• Experience deploying Okta Privileged Access (OPA) and PAM controls.
• Experience integrating Okta with enterprise apps using SAML, OIDC, SCIM.
• Active Directory/LDAP directory synchronizations with cloud identity platforms.
• Identity lifecycle management, MFA, and SSO.
• Troubleshooting complex authentication flows and security baselines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and administer enterprise IAM solutions using Okta.
• Deploy and support Okta Privileged Access (OPA) capabilities for critical infrastructure.
• Integrate Okta with on-premises directories, cloud apps, and third-party systems.
• Implement user lifecycle workflows: provisioning, authentication policies, deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and privileged access sessions.
• Execute testing, triage defects, and validate deployments with senior architects.
• Author and maintain system documentation and runbooks.

• Proficiency in Okta Privileged Access (OPA) deployment and privileged access management (PAM) controls.
• Experience with integrating Okta with enterprise applications using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
• Experience in Active Directory and LDAP directory synchronizations with cloud identity platforms.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).
• Experience in troubleshooting complex authentication flows, access policies, and public sector security compliance baselines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
