Job summary

Booster, a mission-driven school fundraising company, is seeking a Program Specialist to serve on elementary school campuses. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career seeking meaningful, hands-on experience.

You’ll teach a character-based curriculum, host the Boosterthon Fun Run, and motivate students to raise funds. You’ll engage teachers, parents, and administrators while modeling fitness, leadership, and character.

Are you Booster’s Next Program Specialist?

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.

Additional Requirements:

You're a licensed driver with reliable transportation

You can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check

You're able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day

Full-day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays
