Job summary

The Well Operations Technician at Dugan Production Corp is a full-time field role in Farmington, NM. You will monitor production equipment, gauge tanks, collect samples, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with foremen to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in oilfield operations preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, report generation).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily production readings (oil, gas, water).
• Gauge tanks, collect samples, and conduct bucket tests.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, safety concerns.
• Start/stop pumping units, injectors, compressors, separators.
• Maintain logs and electronic records of data.
• Coordinate with foremen and environmental staff.
• Adhere to safety policies including H2S and spill response.
• Respond to call-outs and weekend schedule.
