Job summary

NGL Water Solutions is seeking a SWD Operator to monitor, assess and communicate daily operations across our salt water disposal facilities and pipelines. The role requires traveling to multiple sites to ensure pumps and disposal equipment run optimally and data is captured accurately.

You will troubleshoot and perform minor repairs, log PSIs daily, and report safety concerns promptly. A valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience are required; oil and gas experience is

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• 4 years of experience in oil and gas preferred.
• High school diploma / GED is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of SWD facilities and pipelines.
• Travel to multiple SWD sites to ensure pumps and disposal equipment run optimally.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Generate and report daily facility data (volumes, oil sales, PSIs).
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
