Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking a Shop Hands to support shop, yard, and equipment operations in Odessa, Texas. The role involves cleaning, maintaining, rebuilding, loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and can work outdoors with temperature extremes. CDL a plus; on-site, full-time position with PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious approach to shop and yard tasks.
• Ability to handle physical demands and lift up to 75 lbs (100 lbs team lift).
• Basic computer proficiency for daily documentation and communication.
• Valid license or CDL is a plus, driving may be required.
