Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Hobbs, New Mexico, is seeking Hands & Operators for roles in snubbing operations and maintenance. Candidates will oversee snubbing, lead rig crews, and engage in Plug & Abandonment projects, all while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; Class A or B CDL preferred for certain roles.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
