Job summary

The McPherson Companies, MAC Reliability Services division, seeks an experienced leader to direct high velocity oil flushing and chemical cleaning operations. You will guide project managers and field technicians, focus on profitability, and ensure safety and quality on client sites.

Reporting to the MAC Reliability General Manager, you will manage equipment fleets, coordinate with sales, and drive excellence in service delivery across industrial environments including oil & gas and power

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in high velocity oil flushing and chemical cleaning operations.
• 5+ years experience of team management including recruiting and hiring.
• Experience in industrial environments such as pulp & paper, metals, power generation, petrochemical, oil & gas.
• Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment, filtration systems, valves and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of oil flushing project managers and technicians including recruiting, training, succession planning, and competency development.
• Responsible for the financial performance of all flushing operations including project profitability, labor and equipment utilization, job costing and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with sales and project management to develop proposals and job cost estimates that reflect target profitability goals.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain jobsite safety program in coordination with corporate HSE.
• Maintain major equipment including flushing pumps, filter housings, vacuum dehydrators, varnish mitigation skids, and generators.
