Job summary

The McPherson Companies is seeking a seasoned MAC Reliability Services leader to oversee high velocity oil flushing, chemical cleaning, and filtration projects across industrial sectors. You will manage teams of project managers and technicians, drive profitability, and maintain safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include budgeting, proposal development, equipment sourcing, and ensuring compliance with HSE and industry standards; travel to customer sites is required, and you will report

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience leading oil flushing and chemical cleaning operations.
• 5+ years experience managing teams including recruiting and hiring.
• Experience in industrial environments including pulp & paper, metals manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, and oil & gas.
• Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment, filtration systems, valves and piping systems.
• Familiar with ISO and API standards for lube oil flushing.
• Ability to read and markup P&IDs.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of oil flushing project managers and technicians including recruiting, training, succession planning, and competency development.
• Responsible for the financial performance of all flushing operations including project profitability, labor and equipment utilization, job costing and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with sales and project management to develop proposals and job cost estimates that reflect target profitability goals.
• Responsible for ensuring that safe work practices are adhered to implementing and maintaining jobsite safety program and coordinating with corporate HSE to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for sourcing and maintaining all major equipment including flushing pumps, filter housings, vacuum dehydrators, varnish mitigation skids, and generators.
• Assist with and execute high velocity oil flushing, chemical cleaning, varnish mitigation, reservoir cleaning, and oil filtration/dehydration projects as needed
• Responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• This position will report to the General Manager – MAC Reliability and will work alongside the Field Services Manager
