Lancesoft in Williston, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to keep surface equipment operational and meet production demands. This onsite role focuses on preventive maintenance and timely repairs of industrial equipment.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation with overtime opportunities; housing and flights are provided for non-local candidates during rotations.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of diesel mechanic experience required.
• Oilfield experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school training or certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain assigned equipment according to maintenance program and compliant with reliability centered maintenance strategy.
• Record materials, labor costs and equipment maintenance history in TLM systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
